Grade 9 and 10 Parents Information Evening
Given the critical role of parents in their son’s education and formation, we believe it is important that parents understand what we are trying to accomplish at St. Paul’s in our education program. We believe that we can improve on the collaboration and partnership in educating your sons while they are at St. Paul’s High School. The meetings will also include information from the Counselling Department on the elective course selection process for the 2016–2017 school year. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend. Further details will be included in the next weekly update.
Grade 11 Parents Information Evening
An information evening is planned to explain the elective course selection process for the 2016–2017 school year. While the meeting is not mandatory, parents are strongly encouraged to attend given this is the final year prior to post-secondary studies. By attending this session, parents may help their sons make informed decisions with course selection for their Grade 12 year.

In order to prepare for the families arrival, we are asking for donations of new or gently used household items, furniture, cleaning supplies, bedding etc.
A website has been set up at www.refugeeinitiatives.com. Education for Life

On behalf of the school, I thank the countless students, parent-volunteers, and other St. Paul's community members for contributing to a very successful open house.
Crusader Raffle Draw
This morning, we had an all-school assembly to conduct the draw for the Crusader Raffle. Prize winners are as follows.
The Crusader Raffle is the one time in the year when all students and parents are asked to take an active volunteer role in a specific fundraising campaign. The proceeds from the annual Crusader Raffle help the students of today and tomorrow by funding current student activities and programs and by supporting the Bursary Program. The success of the 2016 Crusader Raffle was made possible through the support of students, parents, alumni and friends of St. Paul’s. Thank you to the St. Paul’s Student Council for implementing a student incentive program. Thank you to all faculty and staff of St. Paul’s, especially our MGM leaders, for encouraging student sales and giving up valuable time to promote this year’s campaign. Thank you again to all who purchased tickets and volunteered their time to make the 2016 Crusader Raffle a success!
