It may not be possible, however, to reach all students who may have failures prior to the day of Exam Review. Textbook Returns and Remedial Class Registration: Wednesday, 20 June
Dress Code: Relaxed
Textbook Return Day is Wednesday, 20 June. On that day, if your son returns all his books without any damage he will not have used any of his Textbook Caution Fee of $100. However, if your son returns unduly damaged books or has lost some books, we will deduct the amount from his Caution Fee and then send you a bill for the total amount required to bring your son’s Textbook Caution Fee up to $100. If your son is graduating, after he returns his books, the School will send you a refund check equal to any amount remaining from his Textbook Caution Fee (if damage or loss exceeds his Caution Fee, you will be required to pay the outstanding amount before he will receive his St. Paul’s Diploma). The times for returning textbooks are as follows.
Remedial Class and Supplemental Exam Registration
Students may register for remedial classes after they see their teachers during Exam Review. In addition, students must first see their counsellor who will discuss their options and give them a registration slip they take to Ms Caron at the Front Desk to register. Registration cost is $10.00 per remedial class and may be paid in cash or by cheque made payable to St. Paul’s High School. Please remember that students may only write supplemental exams with the Principal’s permission. The schedule for remedial classes and supplemental exams will be designed based on student registration. In general, students will attend three remedial classes during a morning and/or afternoon, and will write a supplemental exam during a morning or afternoon according to the following dates. Specific class and exam dates will be published once remedial class registration is completed.
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the student to ensure he is aware of the correct times for remedial classes. A student who misses a remedial class session will forfeit the opportunity to write a supplemental exam.
